The second on the list of ‘L’ is love. Love is obviously the most wonderful thing that can happen to us humans. It is an intense feeling of deep affection towards someone or something. And not just that but you should love yourself first before others do. This is just the way love works.
When you love someone, you have a deeper desire to keep that special someone happy. You would go to the depths of hell if need be in order to keep them happy. And in doing so you’ll experience an overwhelming satisfaction. This is sure to make your life worth living and cheerful.
Love Yourself: Loving oneself is the first step in being loved by others. It is a way of showing respect to yourself and soon others will follow your step. You will experience yourself floating in the ocean full of love in no time at all.
But be warned, not to mistake self-love wit self-obsession. They might sound similar but they are more like the who sides of a coin.
Love other people: Sharing love is always much better than sharing hatred. I mean wouldn’t it be best to share what is good with the people around you? This action will surely trigger a positive and healthy atmosphere around you.
Love your Life: Life is beautiful on its own. Learn to love your life and cherish it until the very end. It is not something that you would like to throw away just because someone broke your heart or you couldn’t achieve your goal. There is only one life and it would be much better to utilize it rather than to throw it away.
Love Nature: Nature is a true beauty. There isn’t anything like nature and how could anyone not adore the beauty of nature. Falling in love with nature, the beautiful sunrise and sunset, the greenery, the mountains, and the rivers, is the most beautiful thing that could happen to anyone. It is true happiness far beyond measure.
The third and last ‘L’ stands for Laugh. Laughing is actually good for health. They say laughter is the best medicine and that too free of cost. It is just recently that common people and scholars alike agree that laughing helps to relieve stress.
Even the psychologist and mind therapists agree that when we laugh, our body releases chemicals namely endorphins in the brain. This helps to lighten up our mood and thus is good for our body. It makes you feel relaxed and even improves your immune system. Sounds great, right?
Laugh out loud: When you laugh out loud, your body gets all relaxed and your mind feels at ease. All the stress and pressure that builds up over time from work gets released. You feel as if you’ve lost a lot of weight from your head and it is just so relaxing experience.
Laugh when you are upset: I know this sounds crazy. I mean how come anyone laugh when being upset? But believe me when I say so. Laughing when you are upset helps lighten your mood. You might even find yourself being transformed into a cheerful person.

Learn to live: When in childhood, you learn to walk. Similarly, when you are growing up, you learn to live. Living is an art that when mastered will make you a scholar. But not everyone learns to master the art of life. Still, we can try to learn all the different aspects of life if possible.
Learn to love: Loving is no different than living. You ought to learn to love much like you learn to live. And when you do, you’ll notice the difference in your life. Your life will become more cheerful and lovely.
Learn to laugh: Laughing is a lesson to be learned. Even though laughing comes naturally, overtime when we are busy building our career and living a busy life, we often forget to laugh. We are so obsessed with the idea of a happy life that our thoughts are blinded. We forget the basics of living a happy life i.e. to laugh. So, one needs to learn how to laugh in order to live a happy life.
Learn to let go: The last but not the least is to learn to let go. Holding onto past grudges and incidents do you no good. So, learn to let go of the past incidents that upset you when you remember them. It is better that way and you’ll surely live a happy and joyful life.
